Yes, the Seoul Navigator service is completely free! Our guides volunteer their time to share their city with you. You'll only need to cover your own expenses during the tour (such as public transportation, food, and any entrance fees to attractions). This isn't a commercial tour with hidden fees—it's a cultural exchange program designed to connect travelers with locals. Our guides are not allowed to request payment for their services.

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. However, if you're making last-minute plans, don't hesitate to submit a request—our guides are often flexible and may be able to accommodate you with short notice. For weekend tours or holidays, booking 7-10 days ahead is advisable as these tend to fill up quickly.

Most tours last between 3-4 hours, but this is flexible and can be discussed with your guide. Some travelers prefer shorter introductory tours (2 hours), while others enjoy full-day explorations (6-8 hours). When requesting a tour, you can specify your preferred duration, and your guide will work with you to create an itinerary that fits your schedule and energy level.

We understand that travel plans can change! You can cancel your tour request up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. We simply ask that you notify your guide as soon as possible out of courtesy, as they are volunteering their time. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, we kindly request that you still inform your guide to respect their time commitment.
